We carry out our mission, which is improving your academic achievement by providing individualized instruction in English, math, history, and science, encouraging communication between the classroom teacher and the student, giving regular feedback to students and parents, and building confidence through personalized learning strategies. We work with students to diagnose problems, set realistic goals, and create high-functioning independent learners.
Our staff is qualified to provide assistance to students with academic difficulties stemming from lack of personalized attention, learning disabilities, weak motivation, and other issues. Part of our job is to discover how a client can learn most effectively. One student may be an auditory learner while another may need visuals. Some students need to bounce ideas off someone else while others need quiet surroundings in order to focus. We understand that that each student has his or her own optimal learning style.
M-G Educational Services caters to a wide range of scholastic needs beyond tutoring. We are skilled at diagnostic testing, with a specific focus on diagnosing reading problems and designing strategies to help increase reading comprehension.
